Management of Raum has extensive experience in engineering and design of Analog and RF circuits, with and an impressive and unblemished track record in the industry. Raum has been in operation since April 2004 with its office in Rochester. RIT is one of the investors in the company and plays an active role in promoting Raum’s operations through its facilities and services.
Dr. P.R.Mukund is the founder of Raum Technology and is a renowned researcher in the analog and RF arena. He also serves as the director of RAMLAB. Through his leadership the lab has become one of the leading Analog / RF labs in the nation. Dr.Mukund has successfully completed projects funded by National Semiconductor Foundation (NSF), Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC), Harris, Kodak and has ongoing projects funded by SRC, LSI Logic and K-Micro
Dr.Sripriya Das received her PhD from RIT’s Microsystems Engineering in Nov. 2006. During her PhD & MS, Dr. Das worked on MOS device modeling for applications in the 1-20GHz range, current mode analog design and RF design at RAMLAB, RIT.
Mark Pude completed his MS in electrical engineering and is currently pursuing PhD at RAMLAB, RIT in Microsystems Engineering. His research includes power supply noise reduction & cancellation in high performance mixed signal circuits and novel mixed-signal design techniques for 65 nm technology and beyond.
